RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


Our Promise To You


We hope you'll love your Beyond Borders blanket/throw just as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please let us know, we aim to ensure that you're 100% happy with your purchase and experience with us. We'll be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund within the parameters outlined below.


FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (Contiguous United States)

We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges for customers residing in the contiguous United States. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Free of pet odor/dander, stains, holes, and snags
  • With tags and in its original packaging (including any complimentary items included with your purchase)

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (the order number & your email) to be able to access your order & submit a return/exchange request. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (Outside Contiguous United States)

Customers outside the contiguous United States are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns. However, exchanges are free, and we will cover the postage of getting the new item to your address once the return has been received and processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international purchases unless the item received is proven to have damages or defects. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

DEFECTS AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you're within the 14-day window, please visit https://flexreturnapp.com/s/beyond-borders-collective to submit your request. Attach images of the defective or damaged area(s) along with your order number and details.



EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Final sale items (items purchased in the clearance section)
  • Items that are discontinued
  • International orders (unless items are proven to have damages or defects)
  • Shipping costs on orders that do not qualify for free shipping
  • Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.



DAMAGED AND MISSING PACKAGES

Contact support@beyondborderscollective.com for further assistance if you received your order damaged or if it's shown as delivered, but is missing with attached images and screenshots and our team will help provide a solution.
