The Global Forestry Projects is a variety of forestry-based carbon offset projects-from reforestation to protection and improved forest management. By supporting this project with Beyond Borders Collective, you’ll be funding projects like the Katingan Peatland Restoration and Conservation Project, the Mai Ndombe Project, the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, the Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Envira Amazonia Project.

Here at Beyond Borders Collective we are deeply committed to making a positive impact on the planet and its people. As we all know plastic pollution is a real issue year after year, altering habitats, natural processes, ecosystems, and people’s livelihoods to mention a few.
Our partners @betterpackagingco work with coastal communities throughout Southeast Asia to rescue abandoned plastic pollution and recycle it into the packaging we are now using. We are proud to have a partnership that brings growth and empowerment through dignifying the hard work, care, and skills that our Ecuadorian artisans put into their creations. This is one of the many reasons why Beyond Borders Collective is privileged to be a part of their inspiration, influence, and impact. As artisans who began with limited resources and built their dream on their own, they manufacture high-quality textiles, crafted to be durable and easy to care for.

A local example and influence within their community in the highlands of Ecuador, empowerment is at the core of their success and production within a safe work environment. Every blanket they create begins with the inspiration behind nature and the richness of the Andean culture. The artisans put together color schemes and design their patterns to represent the uniqueness of their roots. Once that is perfected, they bring their inspiration to life! With some hands-on details to enhance their final product, they create a blanket that accents your life with its extraordinary design and value.

The yarn our artisans use to craft each blanket with its intricate designs and color schemes is 100% post-consumer recycled acrylic yarn from repurposed acrylic materials. Easy to care for and hypoallergenic, especially for those allergic to wool.
